Back in the summer of 1982, once while I was in meditation, I received a vision. Although it lasted only for an instant, and wasn't very clear, I knew that it was a perpetual motion machine, and that I could build it.

On December 16, 1995, I received a design, and I immediately realized that I was going to be able to build this machine without any help.

Events that occurred to bring me to this point can only best be described as magical.

Ladies and gentlemen ... Interpret this any way you want. But if you please, allow me to boldly introduce to you ... God's answer to the Nuclear Age ... His Perpetual Motion Seesaw ...

Thank you, God, for allowing me the opportunity to serve you this way. And now, as I am nearing completion of the working model, and releasing the details of your machine to the world, I lay the entireness of it at your feet, secure in the knowledge that I am doing all that I could for you, and trusting that, if there is anything else that I can do for you, I will be made known of it.
