Hey Joe,
You emailed me while back from Avatar to see what I think about your
methods in meditation. It might not be for the beginners to learn, since
there are so many words for them to pronounce and they are not normal
words in the English language. Even for the people who have been
meditating for a while, it seems to have too many things to remember.
I am not bashing your ways. I like to keep my methods simple, but still
effective.
For me there were too much to say and chant hard to pronounce.
Hey if that helps you to get better then more power to ya dude.
Well good luck and Light To You,
Johnny (redlabl)
My Response
Thanx for the feedback!
Actually, if you would like to, you may try this method...
Do just one word for a week...then do the next word next week and continue so
until you have done all the words. You will still draw the full benefit in this
method and eventually, you will overcome the challenge.
I haven't had time yet to do an audio version for the website but I eventually will
have one on-line.
Once again, thanx
Sincerely
Joe
Follow-up notes
This is a life-long technique which takes only a short while
to master, relatively speaking.
Actually, one word a day would get you there faster than per week as mentioned
in my response , above..

Joe,
Please let me know more about an expedition to Tibet and the surrounding areas.
I want the truth to come out of this. I would love to put a great big huge
damper on the catholic church, they are liars and deceivers. If it was not for
catholic religion the human race could be 1500 years in advanced technology, say
thank you to the holy inquistion.
I have studied much on the subject of Jesus, the Holy Grail(or lack there of) ,
The sons of light(authors of the dead sea scrolls) etc.
Please keep me in some sort of circle regarding an exploration for truth.
