Co Ming Soon
has finally arrived and he is awesome Chinese dude! ahh yes! ancient Chinese philosopher GrandMaster Co Ming Soon!
here is the audio for The Free-Flow Hymn/Stressbuster/Kingdom Of heaven Within Hymnal Meditation
please excuse my un-polished singing...I hope it doesn't deter you from the magnificent benefits of meditation and I promise that when finances allow...I will get Roberta Flack to do it or Natalie Cole or Teena Marie...gosh! anyone but me!
this is to be done silently anyway
the melody can be anything that you like...the object being the ease of repetition
so enjoy the meditation
by repeating these words in succession like you hear...over and over...the vibrations of this meditation eventually overtake all other vibrations and the corresponding thoughts and thus silences the mind
ahh yes! the beauty of the silenced mind...powerful!
and...as soon as I can figure out MIDI interface with my piano keyboards, I will do it better
and if you can learn not to mind my un-polished singing, let this play over and over again in your home for awesome vibrations of peacefulness in the home...while you have gone to work or shopping
